The Actionable Relationship Center helps advisors to manage relationships in one location. The Actionable Relationship Center displays Financial Services Cloud packaged relationships as well as those that come out of the box with Salesforce. They are represented in a hierarchical view so that users can easily understand the relational network of the customer. It is only available in Salesforce Orgs that have implemented Person Accounts. Access is granted with the system permission “Access Actionable Relationship Center”.

On a Person Account, click the Open Relationship Center button. The map that appears differs from the Household Relationship Map. The Household Relationship Map allows the user to gain quick context on the customer’s relationships. The Actionable Relationship Center allows for viewing multiple layers of relationships and assists with identifying areas of opportunity.

The Actionable Relationship Center can display Account-Account and Account-Contact Relationships. It can also display up to 5 related lists for non-Account records. Only 2 fields can be configured to show on an Actionable Relationship Card. These are taken from the configured compact layout for the record. Out of the box it is configured to show Account Name and Total Financial Accounts.
